Why Become a Summit Co-Host?

AAUC represents the interest of more than 50 AAPI groups across the U.S. By partnering as a Co-host of the Unity Summit, your organization will strengthen our network and make our case to policymakers in government. In return, your organization will:

  • Gain Visibility: Logo placement on all promotional materials (website, social media, press).
  • Expand Networks: Connect with 10–15 fellow co-hosts and key AAPI leaders and Congressional Members.
  • Shape the Agenda: Nominate speakers/panelists and suggest critical topics.
  • Access Attendees: Promote your work to 150+ in-person participants.
  • Gain valuable knowledge about AAPI: Including political, economic, community engagement.
  • Received five (5) complementary registrations for the Summit.

Co-Host Responsibilities

  • Promote the summit to your networks (1–2 email/social media shares).
  • Provide input on programming (optional). Nominate 1 speaker (if interested).
  • Sharing one or more tasks in the event
  • Cover a modest co-host fee ($1500 AAUC member, $2500 Non-member).

  • Keynotes & Panels: Data-driven discussions on AAPI advocacy, equity, and policy.
  • Networking Hub: Matchmaking for nonprofits, funders, and elected officials.

Resource Showcase

  • Highlight tools like the AAPI Community Hub.
  • Planning for AAPI Commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
  • Capitol Hill Day – Panels, Lobbying, awards, Elected Officials Speeches.
  • Presentation by a federal government agency
